Regarding the operation of the customer's own warehouse, they do not have personnel with specialized knowledge of logistics, so the standardization of operations within the warehouse has not been achieved. As a result, not only is FIFO (First-In, First-Out) not implemented, but accidents also occur frequently.

- Improvement of Operating Quality to prevent damage or dirt on products.
- Improvement of Safety to prevent accidents including operating manuals.
- Implementation and supervision of FIFO.
